in Hong Kong. Extracts of records include the name of
directors and the addresses, the name of shareholders
and the addresses, the name of secretary(ies) and the
address(es), the registered office, the share capital
structure, charges information, winding up order, deregistration
etc... You can obtain the results quickly and the results

Limitation of Search
The database records are not yet updated for new documents
filing without being microfilmed or the documents was
not fully completed.
Company Search in Other Countries/Areas
We may help client in peforming the company searches in
British Virgin Islands (BVI), China, Macau, Bermuda, Singapore,
Malaysia, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines,
Indonesia, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany,
Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States, etc...
The fees varies from HK$2,500 up
(BVI, China...). The processing time is about 10 days but may
various to different countries. The search information
may normally include the company structure like the incorporation
date, status (if live or active), authorised and issued
share capital, recorded address, registered agent, scope
of business (China company), validity date (China company),
legal representative (China company), etc... Name of director(s)
and shareholder(s) may not be searchable unless it is
publicly filed. If required, company credit report thereof
may be provided at extra fees.
Additional fees apply if searched company is listed or non-private limited company.
